Dispatch - We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. As soon as your order have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping.
Delivery Times - Once orders have been shipped, they are expected to be delivered in 5-10 business days, depending on your location
CANCELLATIONS
Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes to your order after placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@portiaandscarlett.com, if your order has not been dispatched a full e-gift voucher will be sent to you for the purchase amount.
DUTIES AND TAXES FOR YOUR COUNTRY
Duties and taxes are set by the customs agency in your destination country. These fees will depend on the value of your order and any applicable tax-free thresholds for imported products. The responsibility for paying these duties and taxes lies with the customer receiving the goods, and payment is required upon delivery. Please be aware that failing to declare the contents of your parcel is illegal.
Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided, reduced, or waived and must be paid regardless of whether you accept or reject your parcel.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
All our dresses are checked by our quality control team before they are dispatched. However, if your dress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@portiaandscarlett.com and we will resolve this for you promptly!
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
We're sorry that your online purchase didn’t meet your expectations!
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased your dress through one of our authorised retailers, you will need to communicate with that retailer directly about your return.
To initiate your return, please contact us at sales@portiaandscarlett.com within 48 hours of receiving your gown. We will reply with the return address. Once we accept your return via email, you’ll need to arrange for the return shipment of your dress using a trackable shipping method within 24 hours.
Please note that shipping costs and any priority production or rush fees paid will not be reimbursed in any way.
For a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your gown.
- The gown must have been purchased at full price; sale items are non-returnable.
- The gown must be in its original condition with tags attached.
- You must notify PORTIA & SCARLETT of the tracking information once the return shipment is sent. Failing to use a reliable, trackable method may result in lost items, and PORTIA & SCARLETT will not be responsible for gowns lost in transit during the return.
- Upon receiving your returned gown within the specified time frame, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
- If the gown is found to have been worn or used for promotional or commercial purposes, the return will be cancelled, and the gown will be sent back to you without any credit.
- Because our garments are delicate, items damaged through normal wear and tear are not deemed faulty and cannot be returned.
- Goods are only considered faulty if they have a manufacturing defect or are irreparable.
- If a fault arises while wearing the item, only a repair will be offered; refunds are not available.
- If accepted, PORTIA & SCARLETT will issue you a e-gift voucher. Please note that you will not be credited for any shipping or rush fees, and this credit is non-transferable. It can be used for one subsequent purchase of the same value or higher.
EXCHANGES
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased your dress through one of our authorised retailers, you will need to communicate with that retailer directly about your exchange.
- Please email through sales@portiaandscarlett.com to confirm the item you are hoping to exchange for is in stock.
- You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely of equal or more value. All exchanges are based on stock availability
- Exchanges take up to 5 business days to process once we receive your original return.
