Returning an Item:
If you intend to return your dress, please contact us immediately by emailing info@portiaandscarlett.com You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number and a Return Form to send back with your dress within 14 days of your delivery date.
*Custom made orders includes custom sizes, custom colours and custom styles that are made especially for you and are not ordinarily offered for sale. Custom made orders also include specific Designers, as stated on our retruns page.
